I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, being just a short 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff here were extremely helpful and polite, which made my experience even better. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable heating and air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The on-site dining area was great, offering a delicious dinner and breakfast included in the room price. Additionally, the spa and wellness center was a lovely feature, with a jacuzzi and full-body massage available. The overall atmosphere of this place was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to friends.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Great experience during Easter weekend! The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The dinner and breakfast served were delicious and a great value for the price. The location was convenient, only a short walk from the train station. The rooms were large and comfortable, with comfy beddings and plenty of onsen options in the hotel - a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.
The communication with some staff members was difficult due to the language barrier, but they tried their best to make the conversation work. It would have been helpful if the hotel had an option for prepaid Takkyubin service, as it was not available at the time of my stay.

Great place to stay during my holiday. the staff were friendly and helpful. the dinner and breakfast options included in the room price were worth the value of the stay. There were many onsen places in the hotel, and I had the most relaxing time there.
Drinking water was not provided in the onsen changing rooms, which can be a bit inconvenient. Most onsen rooms on the fourth floor had poor timing for females.
